Through this journey and the power of community you’ll experience tangible shifts in your nervous system that will positively impact your life and the relationship you have with your family. It all starts with you. 

Lovingly tailored for mums with kids of all ages aspiring to reconnect with themselves, forge new friendships with like minded women and learn the latest science backed self care rituals, tips and tools. This program is a gateway to discovering your best self - shifting from overwhelm, isolation and disconnection to feeling alive and present in your body, mind and spirit. 

Join your motivational mama team - Cortney and Alex as they lead you through a journey back to your self. You’ll be led far beyond traditional self care methods and dive deeply into new and unexplored territory that will enrich every aspect of your life.

What you will experience over 6 weeks in this immersion…

Restore: Signature Course for busy and overwhelmed mums invites you to discover a whole new way of being that is not dependent on what happens outside of you.

Over the 6 week journey you will master how to engage in somatic practices to rewire your entire nervous system and reprogram deeply conditioned habitual stress responses, freeing you up to be the person and mother you want to be rather than being frazzled by the mental load. 

The term somatic comes from the Greek work ‘Soma’ which means the experience of the body. This ancient yet groundbreaking approach sees the body as a portal to transformation. This concept is the foundation of our offering. By taking this journey, you will receive a lifelong toolkit to embody this new way of being. 

Who we are and how we show up each day flows into every aspect of our life, including how we relate to ourselves, our children and our partners. While we all know this on an intellectual level, this course gives you the practical tools and guidance to actually step into a place of capacity, calm and presence. 

You'll discover this new way of being through a series of thoughtfully curated masterclasses covering both light theory & embodied practices with a BIG emphasis on rest and relaxation. Our promise is that you’ll leave each session feeling even more like yourself.

You’ll learn how to listen deeply to your body, honour your needs, set loving boundaries and develop your very own unique and most importantly ACHIEVABLE self-care practice to support you through all the inevitable ups and down of motherhood.

How the program is delivered to you…

  • 6 Live Masterclasses

    Live calls, delivered by Cortney, Alex and other wellbeing experts at 7.45pm Tuesday evenings.

    The live classes run for 90 minutes. These classes include theory, guided practices & plenty of rest.

    Replays will be available for all participants to watch any time.

  • Learn at Your Own Pace

    While we recommend attending live sessions, we know Mama life can get busy and to expect the unexpected, that’s why you'll have lifetime access to these resources, allowing you to view them at your convenience and re-watch them time and time again.
